General questions about the apartments

When is reception open?

Our receptions are staffed as follows:

  • AvenidA Mountain Resort: 8 – 12 am and 4 – 8 pm (check-in takes place here for all Alpin Rental Apartments except Bolodges Apartments in Saalbach)
  • Check-in for Bolodges Apartments takes place at AvenidA Mountain Lodges Saalbach. Reception opening hours: 8 am – 8 pm

Check In: 4 – 8 pm
Check Out: 8 – 10 am

Late Check Out: Depending on availability on the day of departure. Consultation with the reception is mandatory!


Is an earlier or later arrival possible?

Early arrival (before 4 pm) is possible on the day of arrival, subject to availability. It is essential to contact reception for this.

A later arrival (after 8 pm) is no problem, but please let us know in advance!


Is it possible to drop off luggage before arrival or after departure?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to store luggage before arrival or after departure, as the reception is in a different location to the apartments.

What catering is offered?

Our offer is limited exclusively to overnight stays without catering. For a fee, you can order fresh baked goods online from the bakery, which will be delivered to your apartment in the morning.

Is there a car park on site?

Free parking is available at the apartments.


Is there an e-charging station?

No, there are no e-charging stations available.

Is a ski room available?

Yes, all apartments blocks have a ski room where you can store your skis, snowboards and boots.

Can bicycles be stored?

No, we do not have any special rooms or a separate area for storing bicycles.

What is available in my apartment?

Wi-Fi, towels, bed linen (allergy bed linen on request) and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, pots, crockery and cutlery (no spices, salt, pepper, etc.).

Are bathrobes and slippers provided?

Bathrobes and slippers are provided in the following resorts:

  • Adler Resort, Kaprun
  • Avenida Mountain Resort, Kaprun
  • Alpine Resort, Kaprun
  • Residence Bellevue, Zell am See

Is there a daily cleaning service?

No, daily cleaning is not offered during the stay.

Is there air conditioning in the apartments?

No, our apartments do not have air conditioning.

Are there cots and highchairs?

Yes, on request and for a fee! Cot: € 35.00 for the entire stay, highchair: € 15.00 for the entire stay.




Questions about booking

What are the cancellation conditions?

  • Special Flexible Rate
    100% deposit 1 day before arrival
    until 4 pm before the day of arrival: free cancellation or change
    from 4 pm before the day of arrival: 100% cancellation and change fees
  • Flexible rate
    30% deposit on booking and final payment up to 30 days before arrival
    up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation or change
    from 13 days before arrival: 100% cancellation and change fees
  • Non-refundable rate
    100% deposit on booking
    100% cancellation and amendment fees

 

Is there a deposit to pay?

We ask you to pay the deposit of € 300.00 (or € 1,000.00 if you have booked Avenida Panorama Chalet Walchen) on arrival in cash or by credit card (this is only an authorisation). If there are no damages in the apartment, you will of course receive the deposit back.


Can I make a booking without a credit card?

If you do not have a credit card, you are welcome to make the booking by telephone and pay by bank transfer.

How do I change or cancel an existing booking?

For change and cancellation requests, please contact us in writing. All bookings made through a tour operator or third-party provider must also be cancelled or amended through them.

Is it possible to pay on site?

We kindly ask you to settle the payment in due time according to the cancellation conditions. Payment on site is not possible.

Are there discounts or co-operations with sports shops and ski schools?

All discounts can be found in the Alpin Gold Card flyer, which you will receive on arrival.
